We’re proud to announce the successful manufacture and installation of two custom-engineered catafalques and the viewing draw at Macarthur Memorial Park for Catholic Cemeteries and Crematoria.

Catafalques:
These unique lifting platforms were designed to raise a coffin from basement level to above-ground ceremonial display — combining respectful function with mechanical precision.

• Independently operated coffin platform & glass balustrade
• Over 1 Tonne of lifting capacity – to account for flooring load and coffin weights
• Dual redundancy system with automated pins to secure the platform into the floor
• Seamless remote operation with backup power
• Concealed integration into architectural finishes
• Designed and built in compliance with AS 1418.8:2008
• Incorporated viewing draw for dignified viewing of the platform mechanism

Viewing Draw:
The viewing draw was designed to provide a clear, unobstructed view coffin, while maintaining a clean, aesthetically integrated presentation within the space. It allows for a dignified display of the coffin, creating a respectful interaction with the memorial environment.
